3. Fight everyday to change the Corporate/City Culture.
4. No single vendor is King, and platforms don’t cure cancer.5. Services are Essential .
· IoT and Smart City solutions are very complex, and services driven. A good rule of thumb is that they will be 70% services and 30% HW/SW. Repeatability is also uncommon and its hard to package and apply IoT solutions across multiple verticals markets or customers.
