The PhD student will be hosted by RISE SICS Stockholm and will be enrolled in Uppsala University.
The computer science part of RISE, RISE SICS, is at the forefront of ICT research and development. RISE SICS performs applied ICT research, knowledge creation and innovation through the deployment of new services and products. The student will be placed in the RISE SICS Security Lab that is among the largest public-sector cybersecurity research group in Sweden. Our core areas of expertise are: IoT Security, Cloud Security, Communication Security, Access Control, Privacy (technical and social aspects), and Secure Virtualization and Trusted Computing. RISE Security Lab is the European leader in IoT security research & development. The lab is working on IoT security since 2009 and is currently running ten (10) IoT security projects.
